Doug Ferguson

I have been working in the industry for over 30 years and still enjoy getting up every day for work. The best part about this job is that I get to meet someone new every day!  For me, it is very rewarding to be able to help solve people’s electrical needs and problems – it makes me feel good when our customers are happy with the work we have done for them.  I’m proud of the team we have here at Ferguson Electric.  My employees work hard and feel the same way about making our customers happy as I do. Most importantly our team is made up of good honest men with integrity and I regard them as family. 

When I am not working I like to hunt and fish…when my wife, Holly, lets me (just kidding, she is awesome about all of that). She actually runs our back office and I would be lost without her.  We love to travel when we can break away for a few days together!  I also like spending time with family and friends – just hanging out or trying new local restaurants.

Daniel Padilla

I have been in the electrical industry for over 16 years.  Every day is a new puzzle to solve, and I like being able to say at the end of each day that I have something to show for my work – an accomplishment that I am proud of.  I like working for Ferguson Electric because of the company culture.  All the guys are hard workers, and we are like a family.  It’s nice to have a boss who works hard along with us and truly cares about his employees and their families.
I love spending time with my wife and two sons.  Attending their sports and extracurricular activities and events keeps us running!  When I get a chance, I also enjoy playing disc golf and traveling.            

Fred eustace

I like working with my hands and electrical work seems to come easily to me.  I like industrial, commercial, residential and service work - really all aspects of the trade. I have been in the industry for over 40 years, so I feel it is a major part of who I am. I enjoy working with Doug, he is a good guy and a good employer – we have a lot of fun kidding around with each other. 
My time away from work is usually spent with my family.  I also like to travel, swim, garden, camp, hike and build furniture.

Holly Ferguson - Team Mom & Office Administrator

JOE KELLEHER

I am originally from Wichita Falls, although most of my weekends were spent in the Dallas/Ft Worth area playing tournament baseball. I began learning mechanical skills working at a cabinet shop in Wichita Falls. Being involved in the construction of new homes sparked my interest in the entire mechanical industry.
I currently have my Residential Wireman’s license and working toward my Journeyman’s License. I have been with Ferguson Electric almost 3 years now. There’s a great team here and they’ve taught me all I know about electricity. One of my favorite aspects of this job is being able to bring a smile to a customer’s face, no matter their electrical needs, I always feel like the work we provide is making life easier for our customers.
In my free time there is nothing I value more than spending time with my girlfriend Sheridan and our dog Clair.

GAGE TABION

I started my electrical career with my uncle four years ago. In that time I have learned both residential, commercial and some industrial. I am currently a Residential Wireman. Working with a boss who will get down in trench or up in the attic with you is important, just as much as working with guys who know more than you but never make you feel less than. Joining this team is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

I spend my free time with my family going on walks, spending too much money at Target or playing with my kiddos.

       MILTON STYLES

I am currently an Apprentice Electrician studying for my Journeyman’s license. I have extensive knowledge of the NEC codebook and skills in troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair, installation of wiring and systems design. I love my job and value providing excellent customer service. I take pride in being able to fix a problem for a customer and see the excitement on their face when we have completed a job.

I was born and raised in Lubbock Texas. I am a father of two boys 16 yr. and 4 yr. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my boys fishing and sporting activities. I also enjoy doing Charcoal and pastel drawing.   

DAVID KNITTLE - APPRENTICE ELECTRICIAN

I’ve been working in the electrical industry for a little over 4 years.  I started in commercial and have now moved to residential.  I love getting to learn new things every day and finding new ways to solve problems and puzzles, there is always something new and different and it makes me think more.  I really enjoy working for Doug, it’s great to have a boss that works just as hard as the rest of us and is not afraid to get his hands dirty to get the job done.  Same goes for all the other guys.  I know I can always rely on them to work hard and do their part and have fun while doing it.  The work environment here is amazing, at the end of the day we are one big family, and we know we’ve got each other’s backs.  In my free time I enjoy hanging out with friends and rock climbing.

MAX CALABRESE

I’ve been an electrician since 2020. I’ve been with several companies in that amount of time but none like Ferguson Electric! I’m glad to be working here with kind and honest people!

My off time is spent making music.
